ZEMCO GREEN AND GOLD PROMOTION: OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Organizer
The “Green and Gold Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by ZEMCO (the “Organizer”), located at 10 Harrow Road, Msasa, Harare, Zimbabwe.
2. Promotion Period
Start Date: 08:00 hrs, 1 May 2026.
End Date: 17:00 hrs, 18 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the draw.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all residents of Zimbabwe aged 18 years and older.
Target Participants: Specifically owners of John Deere Agricultural Equipment (Green) and Construction & Forestry Equipment (Gold)
Exclusions: Employees of ZEMCO, its subsidiary companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are strictly prohibited from entering.
4. How to Enter
Participation is free. To enter, an eligible participant must register their John Deere equipment by providing a valid Machine Serial Number/VIN via:
Digital Entry: Completing the official online form as above.
In-Branch Entry: Completing a physical registration form at ZEMCO, 10 Harrow Road, Msasa.
Event Entry: Registering at official ZEMCO activation stands during industry events, Golf Days etc.
Note: Each unique and verified serial number constitutes one (1) entry.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1st): One (1) Brand New John Deere 5045D Tractor.
Second Prize: One (1) 5KVA Solar Equipment Kit (comprising solar panels, inverter, and batteries). Note: Installation is not included.
Third Prize: One (1) 150CC Farm Motorbike.
6. Draw Date and Location
The Grand Draw date, time, and venue are to be confirmed and will be announced via ZEMCO’s official social media platforms and national press.
Special Guests: The draw may be officiated by guest dignitaries and independent auditors to ensure transparency.
7. Verification and Documentation
To claim a prize, winners must produce:
A valid Zimbabwean National ID or Passport.
Proof of ownership of the registered John Deere equipment (e.g., Original Invoice, sales recipt etc or Registration Book).
ZEMCO reserves the right to physically inspect the machine to verify the serial number provided during entry.
